Steel Tie Australia delivers Australia-wide.

Free Shipping

• QLD, NSW and VIC: Free shipping on eligible orders over $300
• TAS, NT, SA and WA: Free shipping on eligible orders over $500

Free shipping applies to standard deliveries. Additional charges may apply to remote locations or non-standard freight services.

Delivery Estimates

• Metropolitan areas: approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Regional and remote areas: approximately 3–13 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Orders may be sent with CouriersPlease, StarTrack, TNT Express or another suitable courier. Tracking information and your tax invoice will be emailed after your order has been dispatched.

Additional Freight Charges

In some cases, the shipping amount calculated at checkout may not cover the full freight cost, particularly for remote-area or non-standard deliveries.

If an additional freight charge applies, we will contact you for approval before dispatch. No additional amount will be charged without your approval. If you do not wish to proceed, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
